Prime General Contractors recently completed a significant interior remodel at BE Power Equipment’s facility in Shakopee, Minnesota. This project, commissioned by CAPP Industries, the family-owned company that owns and manages the property, highlights the value of thoughtful building renovation in supporting industrial businesses. The remodel included new flooring, baseboards, and fresh paint, all designed to enhance the workspace environment and reflect the company’s commitm

The renovation and expansion are on schedule for completion and grand opening in August 2026. This project not only celebrates R.F. Moeller’s 75 years of excellence but also strengthens their presence in the Twin Cities Minnesota retail scene.

Prime General Contractors is currently completing a tenant improvement project for Farm Credit Foundations. This project transforms an existing 10,445 square feet of interior space into a professional office designed to meet the evolving needs of its users.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive four-phase renovation and improvement project for a local worship space in the Twin Cities metro area. As the general contractor, Prime General Contractors delivered thoughtful upgrades to key spaces while the facility remained fully operational — maintaining strict safety protocols and minimizing disruption for the community and staff throughout.

Prime General Contractors recently completed a warehouse refresh and facelift for CAPP Industries at their 61,000 square foot facility located at 752 30th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. This was a focused project centered on making the vacant space cleaner, brighter, safer, and more organized following the departure of the previous tenant. The owner wanted to refresh the facility to attract a new tenant.

Prime General Contractors completed an interior renovation for FreightMasters AIT that has refreshed the client's workspace and enhanced its operational environment in Eagan, Minnesota.
