His portfolio covers a wide range of projects in healthcare, aviation, automotive dealerships, education, and office buildings, both new constructions, and renovations. Clarkin credits his experience in the trades for his ability to approach each project from a realistic cost, schedule and constructability standpoint.

Since getting his start in the construction industry in 1995, Troy Corbett has managed nearly 200 projects in all phases of multi-million-dollar construction. With experience in educational, spiritual, healthcare, private and industrial sectors, Corbett has a broad range of Owners representation. Troy’s knowledge and experience in negotiated, design-build and competitively bid projects will assure all Owners that their chosen contract delivery methods/systems will be well managed.

LANE BAUMGARTNER
Controller
Lane brings a strong background of over 20 years’ experience in accounting, construction accounting, financial reporting, risk management and operations. With a background in public accounting and construction consulting Lane has been an asset to the team in developing forward thinking procedures, implementing upgraded software, and focusing on operational efficiency. Lane belongs to organizations such as NAWIC and attends community outreach programs such as Hearts & Hammers. During her off hours, Lane enjoys traveling and hunting with her family.

TOM BARR
Senior Project Manager & Estimator
Tom has extensive experience in commercial construction. He has excelled with tenant improvements, building additions, and ground-up projects.
Prior to joining Prime General Contractors, Tom held a position with a local general contracting firm for several years. Before that he worked in both the flooring and cabinet industries.
Tom excels at communicating with design teams and owners to drive the project to a successful completion. He is exceptional at coordinating, scheduling, and managing subcontractors and suppliers.

JASON HARALDSON
Project Manager
Jason has a broad range of construction knowledge and expertise in the industry. He joined Prime in 2012 as an estimator intern, where he was responsible for assisting project managers and estimating for commercial construction projects. In addition, his duties included project scheduling and field personnel scheduling and management. Now a project manager, he is responsible for estimating and project management. With more than 20 years in the commercial construction industry, his background includes work on large commercial and residential projects.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of construction experience performing back-office functions. Through her participation in nearly every administration role, Jennifer has developed proven procedural expertise, specialized skills, and a commanding comprehension of unique program requirements. As the Project Coordinator, Jennifer brings wealth and depth of construction knowledge to her position adding to the Company’s back-office bench strength. In her down time, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors fishing with her family.
