Prime General Contractors recently completed a warehouse refresh and facelift for CAPP Industries at their 61,000 square foot facility located at 752 30th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. This was a focused project centered on making the vacant space cleaner, brighter, safer, and more organized following the departure of the previous tenant. The owner wanted to refresh the facility to attract a new tenant.

Data Recognition reached out to Prime General Contractors to work through the newly refreshed spaces at their Wyoming Avenue location.

Prime General Contractors was engaged to add clean rooms inside of the existing production space all while production continued as usual.

Prime General Contractors was engaged by QTS for a multi-phase design-build interior remodel of existing space in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Prime General Contractors was contracted by the Link Logistics, to renovate 20,000 square feet of vacant office and warehouse space.

Prime General Contractors was engaged to remodel 90,000 square feet of production space in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Prime General Contractors was engaged by QTS for a multi-phase interior remodel of 50,000 SF of space.
