We are proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive four-phase renovation and improvement project for a local worship space in the Twin Cities metro area. As the general contractor, Prime General Contractors delivered thoughtful upgrades to key spaces while the facility remained fully operational — maintaining strict safety protocols and minimizing disruption for the community and staff throughout.

Prime General Contractors refurbished and remodeled the entrance at the Barry Family Campus.

Prime General Contractors was engaged to replace the facility's wet tap connection that is located in a public roadway.

Prime General Contractors was engaged to help with the remodel project and tenant improvements at the Sabes Center in Minneapolis.

CARES Act funding made this Salvation Army project possible. It was a quick-turn project renovating the Safebay Area of the Salvation Army.

In 2020, Minnesota Hillel underwent an $8 million renovation providing the University of Minnesota a community facility to be proud of.
