We’re honored to share a project that’s been a true team effort: the new Farm Credit Foundations workplace at Mendota Tech Workplace, 1120 Centre Point Drive, Suite 1120, in Mendota Heights.
Farm Credit Foundations provides centralized HR and benefits services to Farm Credit organizations across the country. Their relocation from downtown St. Paul is more than a move — it’s a chance to give their team a workplace that supports connection, hospitality, and the way they work.
The roughly 11,720-square-foot interior remodel includes:
A hospitality lounge and bar for gathering and guests
A cafe and cafe-prep kitchen as the social heart of the floor
Open office with collaboration zones and wood screen walls
A full range of meeting rooms — large conference, departmental meeting, focus rooms, and smaller huddle spaces
Wellness, print/copy, and supporting work areas designed around daily use
The space is designed to feel warm and intentional: warm wood, hospitality finishes, a cafe island, and conference rooms that can flex from everyday meetings to larger all-hands gatherings.
None of this happens without the right partners.
Thank you to Studio BV — especially Kristine Wentworth and Ashley Lundgren — for the design and the day-to-day collaboration that turned a program into a place people will want to come into.
Thank you to Onward Project Development Services and Nicole Nelson for keeping the project aligned, coordinated, and moving.
And thank you to Farm Credit Foundations for the trust and clear vision for what this next chapter should feel like.
We’re grateful to be part of bringing this workplace to life.
