St. Louis Park, Minnesota - Prime General Contractors is proud to announce the successful completion of two key interior projects at the Minnesota Jewish Community Center at Sabes Center.
North Entrance Improvements
We delivered a comprehensive upgrade to the North Entry area, including selective demolition, new storefront systems, custom reception desk, upgraded finishes, and enhanced lobby/reception spaces. Completed in just 9 weeks through tight coordination with Pope Design Group & The JCC, early material releases, and proactive scheduling to minimize disruption in this active community facility.
New Childcare Toilet Rooms
We constructed new toilet rooms serving the daycare and classroom areas, featuring child-height fixtures including small toilets and lowered sinks designed for young children’s access and independence. The build included new finishes, accessories, and full MEP coordination for improved safety, hygiene, and functionality.
