Selby Decks
258 Selby Ave St. Paul - Prime was recently engaged to provide our services and expertise to a historic apartment building with a deck system that has surpassed its' life expectancy. Giving way to age, nearly 100 years of Minnesota weather, the back of this building in St. Paul was in need of restoration. It was time to remove everything, dig deep into the earth to allow for new footings, and start over, from the ground up. Such is the story of this classic brownstone, and Prime General Contractors brought it together.

Choice Bank
Choice Bank takes care of business! The bank is guided by a unique "People First" approach. The organization represents the epitome of LOCAL - their roots, decisions and leadership are all local.
The Bloomington branch was due for a refresh. Prime General Contractors worked closely with the banks management to complete a beautiful interior remodel. The teller area was rejuvenated and an overall contemporary look and feel accomplished.
This was a retail setting so project challenges included working around ongoing operations and customer flow during the renovation. Traffic control measures and signage were leveraged to assist with this.
"The project was a tremendous success," said Mark Haug, Choice Bank Branch President. "We were very pleased with how Prime helped us accomplish our objectives on time and on budget."
