Quality Tech Services (QTS) Clean Room

QTS recently engaged Prime General Contractors to work on several projects which included:​

• Relocating an existing Mezzanine;

• Roughing in and relocating existing prefabricated clean rooms in two of their facilities; and,

• Remodeling their front lobby.

Prime General was also selected to provide design-build services for:​

• Assisting with QTS's programming and master planning; and,

• Providing a schematic design with budgeting and scheduling for their existing Bloomington facility which is 50,000 SF.
