QTS recently engaged Prime General Contractors to work on several projects which included:
Relocating an existing Mezzanine;
Roughing in and relocating existing prefabricated clean rooms in two of their facilities; and,
Remodeling their front lobby.
Prime General was also selected to provide design-build services for:
Assisting with QTS's programming and master planning; and,
Providing a schematic design with budgeting and scheduling for their existing Bloomington facility which is 50,000 SF.
