CAPP Project - American Logistics Services

New interior buildout of 2,100 SF within a 60,000 SF warehouse space. The space needed to be turned around quickly for the new tenant. The new office space includes a set of bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and IT room. A large demising wall was installed to divide the 120,000 SF building. The warehouse space will be utilized for storage and populated with racking. There were 16 new charging stations installed for the forklifts utilized to fill the new racking system.

The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler scopes were completed on design/build.

“Prime worked closely with the electrician to coordinate and provide the proper light levels in the warehouse area. The overhead doors also required new air-bag dock levelers that were cut into the existing concrete slab and foundation system.”
