Are you a highly energetic, motivated, and organized commercial carpenter who enjoys hands-on work and helping projects succeed from start to finish? If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, have reliable transportation, and are ready to support our superintendents across active job sites, we want to talk to you!
Is this you?
ORGANIZED AND DETAIL ORIENTED You keep job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly. You pay attention to details, spot potential issues early, and communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and owners.
CAN-DO MENTALITY You are a skilled carpenter who is willing to pick up a hammer, perform light demolition, framing, finishes, and other field tasks as needed to keep projects moving. You review plans and specifications to understand the work and get it done right.
SOCIABLE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR You maintain a positive attitude, even on challenging days, and build strong working relationships through active listening and clear communication. You are committed to safety and high-quality work on every project.

Help implement daily safety practices and participate in toolbox talks.
Begin building relationships with our team and key subcontractors.

3 months and ongoing:

Assist superintendents with sequencing tasks, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining job site efficiency.
Anticipate and help resolve field issues before they impact the schedule or budget.

Transport and maintain your own commercial tools and equipment to job sites.
6-12 months and ongoing:
Serve as a reliable field resource across multiple active projects.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Continue developing your skills and potentially take on increased responsibility as you grow with the company.
