Johnson Family Center for Jewish Student Life In 2020, after 80 years on campus and 65 years in the same infrastructure, Minnesota Hillel underwent an $8 million renovation providing the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus a community with many new spaces for students to enjoy day-to-day. TENANT IMPROVEMENTS: UCARE
UCare is a provider of Medicare plans throughout Minnesota. UCare had their second floor built out between 2016 and 2017. The existing 100-year-old building has rich and warm exposed timber with direct/indirect LED lighting throughout. The construction project was completed on time and within budget with minimal impact to the owner’s daily operations. READ MORE

DAN PERRY PROJECT MANAGER With experience that spans across six different fields, Dan Perry has been actively involved in the construction industry since 1994. His portfolio includes educational facilities, community and recreation centers, retail projects, data centers, and government buildings, and he specializes in interior remodel and build-out projects while minimizing disruption to clients’ businesses. His firsthand experience in many trades, such as HVAC, concrete masonry, commercial drywall and steel studs, commercial glass, and renewable energy, gives him a personal understanding of what he asks of his project teams. Perry is known for creating dynamic team environments focused on active communication between customers, architects and subcontractors, and his team-first attitude ensures success throughout the project lifecycle.
